1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website at https://www.arahita.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Arahita Labs Private Limited provides custom software development, UI/UX design, mobile and web application development, and related technical services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom work created specifically for you becomes your property. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used in delivering the work. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. We typically require a deposit before work begins. Failure to pay on agreed terms may result in work being paused or terminated.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arahita Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This obligation continues for two years after the end of the project unless otherwise agreed.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if our terms are violated.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
